San Francisco, California, The Director of Marketing Technology and Operations services as a key member of the forward thinking UCSF Health senior marketing leadership team. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing technology roadmap, fostering innovation, and driving the integration of cutting-edge technologies to optimize our marketing efforts. Essential to the success of this role is close collaboration and leadership of cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, Data Analytics, and Clinical teams, to create and implement transformative marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, engage our audiences, and drive business growth. A deep understanding of marketing technologies, data analytics, and process optimization are required to support the integration of technology and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and impact. For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
