WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

The Financial Systems Manager acts as a liaison between the Netsuite platform and the finance team. This role will work closely with our Senior Director of Technical Accounting to support all aspects related to NetSuite.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Oversee technical design and system configuration for Netsuite, including Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Cash Apps, Fixed Assets, Purchase Order, General Ledger modules.
Production support (Technical and Functional) of Netsuite Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Cash Apps, Fixed Assets, Purchase Order, General Ledger modules, and 3rd party integrations with Netsuite.
Provide technical support to cause and resolve operational issues and work with teams in month/quarter close activities.
Support the development activities for improvement projects. Provide programming of custom code and migrate the solutions to production. Participate in validation activities.
Maintain the technical documentation related to Netsuite.
Conduct gap-analysis and work with teams to customize and enhance Netsuite functionality to support the growth and changing needs of teams.
Manage the production migration of fixes and enhancements.
Prepare ad-hoc reports.
Chart of accounts/Master data maintenance.

Requirements

YOU HAVE…

Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field of study (CPA a big plus).
Experience in implementing and administering NetSuite.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas).
3-5+ years working with a financial/accounting team with a variety of companies preferably in high-growth sectors.
Experience with understanding and troubleshooting technical problems.
Good communicator (written and oral)
