Hi, we’re Oscar. We’re hiring a Infra-Prod Team Lead to join our Infrastructure Production team.

About the role

You will manage the success of a Infrastructure Production team by driving performance, effectiveness, and operational improvements to daily workflows and strategies.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Infrastructure Production Operations.

This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Note, this list of states is subject to change.

The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $56,800 – $74,550 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $51,120 – $67,095 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar‘s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

Guide your team’s metrics, including member and provider satisfaction, quality of care (daily benchmark production) and employee satisfaction
Coach direct reports through a culture of feedback and development to provide the best member/provider experience and care possible.
Serve as a central communicator — leading team huddles, promoting vision, strategy, company values, and providing feedback to team members and other company associates.
Manage the daily needs of your team, including hiring, training, inventory levels, and scheduling to ensure an efficient operation .
Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading and supporting a growing team
Prior healthcare or claims experience
2+ years reading and using data to make decisions
Proficiency navigating Excel

Bonus Points

Bachelor’s Degree
Strong proficiency navigating JIRA and SQL
Demonstrated capacity to balance competing priorities and continue to execute projects with excellence.

Pay Transparency:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits including: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
