About The Role

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by creating tailored messages for outbound prospects in order to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Be the face of Hubtype for new prospects on International markets. Set up first meetings with new contacts for the sales team.
Identify the right ICPs and the value propositions that will resonate most with each prospect lead.
Assist in making sure the meeting gets done and converts into an opportunity.
Consistently hit targets and learn constantly, in order to prepare for a successful career in sales.

Requirements

This is an entry-level sales position, but we require being a proficient english speaker.
Some experience in a similar role (can be an internship), preferably at a software or technology provider, ideally selling SaaS products.
Ability to articulate value propositions and communicate them via phone, email or LinkedIn.
Excellent written communication will be a game-changer in this role.
Ability to communicate with customers in a positive and approachable way.
Confidence in dealing with prospects, including those in junior and senior management positions at enterprise size companies.
Experience with keeping track of your activities in a sales CRM and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail and data quality.

As an SDR at Hubtype, you will be joining a very fast-paced pathway for ambitious and motivated individuals interested in a sales career. This accelerated sales track is made up of two distinct phases:

Entry: You will work as an SDR with a dedicated Mentor who will share with you all their knowledge. We will teach you about the SaaS technology industry. You will generate sales demand and pipeline revenue through the development of inbound and outbound leads. This job will help you develop foundational sales skills and an authentic sales approach.
Advanced: You will be promoted in alignment with the sales team and sales manager. At this stage, you will continue to develop leads and will have the opportunity to conduct first meetings & run demos. You will also learn from top-performing account partners how to be successful and understand the full cycle of the deal, from lead to close.
