F&G is hiring for a Manager, Inclusion. This role is a key member of the talent and organizational development team. This position will play a critical role in driving the implementation of DEI initiatives as directed by the DEI Advisory Council and will be responsible for managing the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the successful support and execution of DEI initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders, such as supplier diversity, talent acquisition, corporate communication and others to support DEI efforts in their respective business or shared services units.
Provide Employee Resource Group program management by supporting ERGs with program execution, timelines, budget and resources.
Provide guidance to ERG leaders, establishing a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Ensure ERG connection to the business strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the business.
Collaborate with Human Resource Center of Excellence partners to develop and deliver inclusion-related content and programming for all business stakeholders.
Provide regular status reports and relevant metrics on ERG effectiveness and DEI initiative progress.
Utilize internal and external data to inform DEI initiatives.
Support F&G’s DEI-related sponsorship processes including the coordination, preparation and submission of business sponsorships and participation in annual industry surveys.
Serve as a representative of the DEI team on internal projects and a representative of F&G at external events.
Research trends and data-informed practices in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space, and share relevant information as appropriate.
Support in enhancing employer brand as a great place to work.

Experience and Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
7+ years relevant experience required; Human Resources or DEI experience preferred.
2+ years program management experience required.

Demonstrated knowledge of workplace inclusion concepts and methodologies
Keen attention to detail, action-oriented, excellent organization skills and demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects simultaneously
Strong ownership and initiative, proactive and deadline driven
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Ability to facilitate DEI training
Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships, collaborate, and influence to gain consensus
Ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive issues, reports, and data
Strong proactive communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective collaboration
Engaged by a dynamic work environment where empowerment, collaboration and innovation are encouraged
Self-directed while encouraging empowerment of team members, enabling each individual to make an impact
Authentic team member who is transparent with others regarding decisions made and delivers on commitments

Perform other functions, duties and projects as assigned
Regular and punctual attendance
Some travel will be required (up to 25%), including quarterly trips to F&G’s headquarters in Des Moines, IA
