Engage with senior executives and key stakeholders of channel partners monthly and quarterly to drive incremental growth month over month.
Facilitate monthly and quarterly business reviews internally to drive territory engagement, strategy and present sales leadership with revenue generating partnership opportunities
Lead the various teams within Human Interest to support and develop these partnerships i.e. product, partner marketing, legal, etc.
Build mutual GTM plans with each tech partner and measure and manage execution of those strategies against partner KPI’s.
Work with the Human Interest cross-functional teams to develop the infrastructure and processes to facilitate these partnerships; including processes for escalations, integration scoping, reporting and rev share tracking.
Act as the point of contact to increase partner knowledge and proactively train partners regarding general Human Interest products, services, resources, and differentiators
Flow easily across multiple teams to ensure internal messaging alignment, operational coordination and evangelization of quarterly partner strategy
collaborate with marketing to ensure the execution of programs and events to drive leads, pipeline and deal progression; be able to communicate fluently with our product and engineering teams to help develop a best-in-class solution for partners
Provide clear and organized reporting regarding partner activities and results on a regular cadence
Provide feedback to peers and leadership regarding market intelligence, competition, knowledge gaps and other valuable insights gained while working with partners
Stakeholder Presentations and recommendations to partners including economic justifications, revenue share reports, and monthly summary reporting in line with agreed expectations

Develop strategic plans and identify cost efficiency opportunities through tech rebates, cost of client acquisition, rev share and partner appreciation incentives
Play a vital role in the continued growth of our national channel partnerships, contributing incremental revenue growth through assigned partners
Execute a thorough and comprehensive process to develop “win-win” partnerships.
Understand targeted partners and develop a unique value proposition for a Human Interest relationship.
Create a working ecosystem between identified partners and our internal team members.
Meet significant targets and goals with minimal oversight and direction on a daily, weekly, or even a monthly basis

Compensation – At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the US. The base salary for this position spans $85,000 – $90,000and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximumin our highest geographic region. The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the US, their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $90,000. About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR), you are responsible for creating a sales pipeline of small businesses and introducing a new retirement plan for their employees. You are the first team member helping prospects understand the value of our 401k offering. With a strong “promote from within” culture, Human Interest is a great place to start your career in sales. Future opportunities for top-performing ISRs may include Partner Account Manager, Business Development, and Account Executive (AE) roles.

Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate Human Interest’s offering effectively.
Work full cycle deals from inception to close.
Have a sense of urgency and acting quickly on new leads
Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
Identify a substantial volume of our target companies and associated personas – engage, educate, and close new business.
Consistently exceed your quota.
Work closely with Management to develop strategies to target prospects, secure meetings, and close new business.
Adapt and learn to ensure your rate of connecting with prospects and closing new business consistently increases.
Effectively uses Salesforce.com and other sales tools to manage accounts through every step of the sales cycle.
Listen and learn from every other role and department – you will have visibility into the inner workings of everything.

What you bring to the role

Need to have:

Documented success in consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Desire to grow and advance your career in sales
Experience using Salesforce.com or other Client Relationship Management (CRM)
Prior sales and/or SaaS experience
Excellent in-person, phone, and written communication skills

The salary that we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall Total Rewards package. This position will also offer a variable target of $40,000.
