What will you do?

Servicing a portfolio of payroll and GST clients
Preparation of the full payroll process including:

Calculation of final salary payment for employee which include basic salary (monthly or per hour), leave encashment, expense claims reimbursements, prorated salaries and additional wages adjustment;
Monthly download of GIRO bank file for clients under Suite plan and publish of pay slip;
Submission of statutory requirement to government agencies (CPF, SDL, FWL);
Preparation of annual IR8A Submission for Employee Individual Earnings via Auto Inclusion Scheme and manual IR8A forms;
Tax clearance request and preparation for off boarded/resigned employees

Attending to payroll queries from clients and labour authorities (MOM)
Assisting in the GST returns filing process including:

Monitoring of quarterly GST filing deadline for all GST-registered clients
Assisting with GST pre-registration claims for newly GST registered clients
Reviewing of GST F5 & F7 returns prepared by accountants in accordance with IRAS GST guidelines
Filing of GST returns on IRAS mytaxportal
Attending to GST queries from clients and tax authorities (IRAS)

Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the GST & Payroll team when required
Assisting the Payroll & GST manager or immediate supervisor on a project assignment


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3 years work experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Singapore tax regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with accounting software such as Xero, Dext, and Hubspot is a plus
