THE OPPORTUNITY

Gympass is looking for a passionate and dynamic Product Marketing Insights Manager to join our product marketing team. This person will play a pivotal role in researching markets, audiences, and segments to develop compelling messaging, positioning, and resources that show our value across diverse regions, audiences, and segments.

Product Marketing is a company’s most cross-functional role, this person will work across teams and disciplines to uncover regional value propositions, create messaging, understand personas, gain regional insights, and project manage resource releases from initial ideation all the way through to internal roll-out.

This person’s projects will be some of the company’s most visible initiatives. And will directly influence Marketing, Sales, and CS to help them achieve critical goals like Gympass adoption, marketing pipeline, opportunity conversion, revenue, and client retention.

YOUR IMPACT

Exceptional Writing: You’ll craft value messaging that captivates, educates, and converts in the form of positioning documents, sales collateral, website copy, landing pages, emails, videos, blog content, case studies – and more!

Go-to-Market Strategy: You’ll ideate, project manage, and launch resources that align with Gympass’ needs, powering marketing campaigns, and accelerating our sales pipeline to Closed/Won in each market.

Incredible Storytelling: You’ll educate and inspire confidence with internal/external stakeholders on Gympass’ offerings – and the true value behind them for the specific needs in each country. You’ll be the ultimate advocate of Gympass’ various audiences by engaging with customers, prospects, partners, and other external stakeholders

Pipeline Acceleration: You’ll align marketing programs with our ICPs (externally) and pipeline (internally) to acquire and move new prospects of all sizes through the sales cycle to closed/won – and onto product adoption.

Cross-functional: You’ll work with a diverse team of brand, revenue, content, and technical marketers to create content, build presentations, launch campaigns, and deploy a variety of digital and in-person experiences to fuel the pipeline to ensure alignment with regional market requirements.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: You have a strong ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify regional trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer behaviors, providing actionable insights to drive decision-making with the ability to analyze data metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies to optimize performance.

Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity: You have a deep understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior and the ability to adapt strategies to fit diverse cultural contexts with the skills to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and customers to stay ahead of market dynamics while driving the development of targeted marketing campaigns that address specific pain points and capitalize on regional strengths.

WHO YOU ARE

A seasoned product marketer with a 5-8 years proven track record of executing successful product and capability launches with the ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the regional insights team.
An expert in product marketing; with a strong understanding of digital marketing, growth, search, product management, people enablement best practices.
Experience in creating strategies and resources that support the sales process and align with regional market needs.
A balance of creative skills, with a highly technical and detailed understanding of how different products/technologies can work together.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and partners in our markets.
Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across different functions, departments, and organizations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in crafting and adapting messaging for different regions. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional European languages is a significant advantage.
Bonus points for regional product marketing experience.

See below for the annual base salary range for this role, which applies to New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts and Washington. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role may also be eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
