We are currently seeking a Sales Director – Lifesciences to join our team and play a key role in driving our sales strategy and revenue growth.

As the Sales Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients, expanding existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, driving the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What will this job entail?

Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute sales strategies that align with the company’s vision for AI transformation in life sciences. Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.

Client Relationship Curation: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Understand their unique needs to provide tailored AI solutions.

Market Exploration: Seek out new market opportunities, leveraging insights into industry trends to position the company as a leader.

Collaboration for Innovation: Work closely with the AI leadership team offering insights into client needs and market demands to inform new products and services.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and employ strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Industry Leadership: Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Position yourself as a knowledgeable leader in AI transformation for healthcare and life sciences.

Content Creation: Lead the development, curation, and maintenance of sales collateral, ensuring materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content compellingly communicate the product value proposition, are aligned with brand voice, and meet the evolving needs of clients and market dynamics.

What do we need from you?

Deep understanding of the challenges in the life sciences industry and the role AI can play in addressing these challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill, capable of engaging and influencing senior executives and decision-makers.
Proven ability to work independently as a high achiever, consistently meeting sales goals and contributing to business growth.
Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ideally located on the west coast
