We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Senior Account Manager working on one of our long standing and prestigious clients. Whether you’re an established SAM, or AM looking for your next step, this is a great opportunity to join a fabulous team, working on a highly visible client.

You will work with the team to strategically plan and deliver online and offline campaign materials, including digital assets, POS, DM, press, radio, event collateral, integrated campaigns, product launches, and always-on digital campaigns across online display, PPC and social media.

We’ll be looking for you to have a good level of digital knowledge as well as strategic, integrated marketing experience.

You’ll have a passion for digital marketing and a drive and desire to do great work, with a proven ability to own and grow client relationships and inspire confidence in others about the role of digital.

The Day to Day

Support the team with client annual planning and day to day engagement with network stakeholders, focussing on growing our digital performance scope.
Be the champion of the digital experience for all stakeholders – representing the digital customer journey and leading campaigns.
Get under the skin of the client’s business priorities and will help shape the strategy and delivery within the team.
Take the initiative, generate ideas, proactively seek out opportunities and add value to the client, the retailers and the agency.
Oversee all projects within your team; writing the brief and cost estimate creation, ensuring all departments are kept in the loop; delivering the work on time and on budget.
Bring your understanding of digital comms channels and the role they play in the marketing mix, particularly paid search, paid social and online display.


Who will you be?

An established Senior Account Manager or ambitious Account Manager with experience gained within an integrated or digital agency.
Clear understanding of digital trends and the dynamics of online communication, digital and social media
Good knowledge and experience of core Client Servicing processes for campaign development across digital channels
Proven ability to own and grow client relationships and inspire confidence in others about the role of digital.
History of delivering successful digital campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
You will have exceptional project management skills and have managed end to end project finances.
A genuine interest in guiding and developing team members at all levels to reach their potential, and the ability to manage downwards and upwards effectively.
A calm and consistent manner when plans change, with the ability to think on your feet.
Organisation and the ability to manage, prioritise and juggle multiple projects efficiently is key to this role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders on both the client and agency side.
A good grasp of industry innovation and best in class digital work.
