To strengthen our commitment, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Enablement Coordinator who will be instrumental in ensuring data quality, driving analysis of competitive encounters, and facilitating the success of our sales team. This position reports to the Director of Strategic Enablement.

Role Responsibilities:

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data related to sales activities, competitive encounters, and win/loss analysis.
Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive encounters and win/loss data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to record significant elements of conversations, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to drive sales effectiveness.
Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce platform to record and track relevant sales data, ensuring efficient use of resources and enabling informed decision-making.
Tactical Support: Assist in the tactical and logistical elements of running the enablement function, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales enablement processes, tools, and resources to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in a high growth environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
Experience with Google Sheets and managing data sets.
Previous experience working in a sales enablement or revenue operations role.
Experience with Gong or other related revenue intelligence platforms
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple parties to achieve common goals.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is:

Remote – $63,000 – $78,000

San Francisco Bay Area, CA – $72,000 – $90,000

New York City, NY – $66,000 – $83,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
