Overview of Role

66degrees is seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 4 month remote assignment with the potential to extend. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical sourcing (and/or recruitment), with a focus on utilizing various platforms, including LinkedIn and social media, to identify and attract top talent. This role requires proactive sourcing efforts, building candidate pipelines, and collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the successful identification and engagement of qualified candidates.

Requirements

3-5 years of successful sourcing (and/or recruitment) experience (please note this is a sourcing opportunity, not a full life cycle recruitment role).
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify potential candidates for technical roles.
Experience or knowledge sourcing for roles requiring Google Cloud is highly desired; Experience sourcing within a consulting and professional services company is desired.
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs.
Evaluate resumes and screen candidates based on defined qualifications and requirements.
Build proactive and active pipelines of candidates through effective sourcing strategies.
Employ out-of-the-box thinking to attract passive job seekers and engage them in potential opportunities.
Utilize Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines.
Quickly adapt to changing requirements and pivot sourcing strategies as needed.
Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates pending responses for open requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews on Technical Recruiters’ calendars.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily metrics expected.
