What you will do:

Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
Instruct and support clients in the process of connecting their Payment Service Providers to the product
Monitor and troubleshoot connection errors using internal tools
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers by meeting defined SLAs
Help get customized analysis for clients
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in a support ticket system
Ensure customers’ satisfaction with any interaction
Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services

What you need to succeed in this role:

Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
Prior 3-5 years of experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
Proven knowledge of the payments’ ecosystem mechanisms
Ability to troubleshoot using databases
Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills

Will be a great plus:

Experience with SQL / Postman
Experience with MongoDB, Tableau, Snowflake
QA / professional services background
