TROOP is hiring for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team at an exciting time in our product journey. As a Senior Product Manager for TROOP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our product and driving our mission of making it easy to bring people together for in-person meetings. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, including achieving product-market fit and driving go-to-market strategies.
What you’ll do:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Work closely with the product team to iterate on product features and functionality to achieve optimal product-market fit.
Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. Understanding the impact of product management principles on engineering and strategize to maximize the engineering team’s output while aligning with their principles.
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
Drive product adoption and engagement through effective user onboarding, training, and support initiatives.
Monitor key performance metrics and use data-driven insights to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Regularly assess and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
Stay informed about the latest trends in product development methodologies adopted by high-performing startups
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, within B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups.
Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
Experience in managing partnerships and integrations with third-party platforms and services, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with external stakeholders.
Familiarity with API integration and the technical aspects of building and maintaining integrations.
Experience with mobile product management, including native mobile app development.
Proven experience in go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience within Corporate Travel/Events/Meeting is highly preferable.
