About the role

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with innovative companies? Are you a strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying top performers in the tech industry? Teramind is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to help drive our company’s growth and success.

Your day-to-day

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Source and engage with top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in the SaaS / B2B / tech industry
Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical talent for various roles
Strong understanding of skills and qualifications required for different tech positions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
